Our project delivery included an analysis of new commodities that could be handled by lane, capacity measurement, and an operational review.
We found that there were substantial opportunities to increase this client’s business by adding additional brokers to their staff and finding more leased drivers to grow capacity. We also recommended investing in carrier management software to better truck loads and manage payables and receivables.
